Level 1- Named Sponsor Program

Banner across front wall, behind podium. 4’ X 6’ with the organization’s Logo.
No other sponsor banners allowed, only the Named Sponsor of the Program and Rotary banner
Organizations material at each table (unlimited quantity- will reach one of your most important target markets)
Press Release before program announcing the organization’s sponsorship of the program
Announcement / Thanks from the podium during the Program
Power Point slide before the lunch begins (along with Rotary logo) or a 30 second commercial (provided by the organization)
Social Media Announcements and Membership e-mails promoting the Named Sponsor event beforehand
Preferred seating for 10 people at a Corporate Table with logo prominently displayed
WNIN Television coverage will extend reach and increase impressions
Any media coverage of the event (newspaper, radio, or television) will extend reach and increase impressions.

Named Sponsorship Program Fee of $ 1,500

Level 2-Corporate Sponsor Program

Banner across front wall, behind podium, with the organization’s logo.
Other sponsor’s will be allowed
Announcement / Thanks from the podium during the Program
Preferred seating for 10 people at a Corporate Table with logo prominently displayed
WNIN Television coverage will extend reach and increase impressions
Organizations material at each table (will reach one of your most important target markets)

Corporate Sponsor Fee- $500 to $550

Level 3-Reserved Corporate Tables

Reserved corporate tables may be purchased if you would like all attendees seated together in a preferred location with your organizations logo displayed prominently on the table. A table of 5 costs $250. Reserved corporate tables provide an excellent opportunity for companies to be recognized, in addition to showing support for Rotary and its mission.
