MEMBER ACCESS UPDATING YOUR BIO Member information is constantly changing. Please e-mail the Club Administrator with any changes to your personal or professional information or download a Member Information Sheet and forward the changes to the Club Administrator by fax or by mail. You may also update your picture for the publishing of the 2005-2006 club directory by e-mailing your picture (.jpg format) to the Club Administrator prior to April 2005.
PROPOSING A NEW MEMBERSHIP An individual must be proposed by a current member of the club in order to join Rotary. Our members invite prospective members to attend several weekly meetings and explain the Objects of Rotary and The Four-Way Test. If the individual is interested in joining Rotary, the club member (sponsor) must fill out a Membership Application Form and have it signed by the prospective member (proposee.) After the application is approved by the Membership Committee, it is presented to the Board of Directors, which meets on the second Tuesday of each month. After Board approval, the prospective member along with his/her Classification is presented to the entire membership via the weekly newsletter, Rotations. If there are no objections from a current member within ten (10) days, a letter is sent to the proposee inviting him/her to join the Rotary Club of Evansville.
