Carl Chapman, Vectren’s chairman, president and CEO addressed Rotary on May 15

While addressing the Evansville Rotary Club, Carl Chapman cited documented improvements in local air quality due, in part, to investments in emissions control equipment at the utility’s two local power plants, A.B. Brown in Posey County and F.B. Culley and Warrick Unit 4, a unit shared with Alcoa, both in Warrick County.
