IMPORTANT! Please change your directory information. Please be sure to use P.O. Box 1131, Evansville, IN 47706 for all Rotary correspondence including dues payment. There is a new fax for the Rotary office. It is 866-538-7635. All changes- address, cell / mobile number, e-mail address, employment status, marital status, telephone number, etc., should be submitted to the Rotary office

MARKETING MEETING

There will be a Marketing meeting on Tuesday, August 21, immediately following the regular Rotary meeting. The meeting should last no longer than 30 minutes. If you would like to become a member of the Marketing Committee, or if you are a member of the  Marketing Committee, and  cannot attend, contact Tess Grimm at 426-1871.

DIVERSITY MEETING

The Diversity Committee will host it’s third Heritage Fest on Sunday, October 14 from 1:00 PM – 5:00 PM at Old National Bank on the Riverfront. Hamburgers and hot dogs will be provided. Rotarians are asked to bring a covered dish. Volunteers are need for the Diversity Committee and the event. Contact Bill Wooten at wwooten@aol.com

ROTARACT

Rotaract meets at 5/3^rd Bank on the 15^th floor for their monthly business meetings. The next meeting is September 13 at noon. All Rotarians are welcome and attendance at a Rotaract meeting may be counted as a make up for a missed Rotary meeting.

READING ROTARIANS

The week of October 8-12 will be the next week for “Reading Rotarians,” the program in which Rotarians read to first graders in the elementary schools. Ann Ennis will have sign up sheets available as soon as the times are set with the schools.

BOARD MEETING

All Rotarians are welcome at the monthly Board of Directors meetings. Regular meetings are scheduled for the second Tuesday of each month. If you have anything to bring before the Board, please contact President Becki Alcorn at least one week prior to the meeting.
