THOUGHTS AND PRAYERS

Please continue to keep all Rotarians and their families in your thoughts and prayers. Welcome back Roxie Baas and Byron Cooper.

ROTARY YOUTH EXCHANGE

A host family is needed! From Andrew Alexander: “We will have an opportunity for a local family to host our inbound exchange student. Lubo is from Slovakia and has a good command of English. He attends the Signature School and is much like a typical teenager. Lubo has made numerous friends. As mentioned at our Rotary meeting, we will help arrange transportation to and from school for Lubo, as this is often a prospective family’s primary concern. Consider discussing this unique opportunity to spend several months as an ambassador for our Club and our country with your spouse, family, good friends or neighbors. Keep in mind our host family does not have to be a Rotarian. Please contact Steve Groves, 434-4880 or steve@01inc.com or Andrew Alexander, 476-1456, or Andrew.alexander@sci-us.com  to express your interest.”

SCHOOL REQUEST

Good Shepherd school needs desk chairs… their chairs can not be saved...and they have no $$$ right now to purchase any!  They will be back in their building after spring break. If any one can help them out with desk chairs please contact Candice Moore at 428-6500 or CCMoore@bkd.com
