NEW MEMBER PROPOSALS

John Whinrey is proposing Douglas W. Annakin, Shepherd Insurance & Financial Services, as a new member, with the classification: Insurance. Greg Charnes, II, Weaver, Dalton & Associates – Ameriprise Financial, who is a current Rotaract Member, is proposing to join our Club with the classification: Financial Advisor. Vicki Hubiak, President, HR Solutions, and Angela Noble, VP Operations and Strategic Development, HR Solutions, are proposing to return to our Club after a short stint with the Morning Club. Vicki’s classification is Employment and Angela’s classification is VP Operations and Strategic Development. Anyone opposed to the proposals should contact the Membership Committee.

KUDOS

Congratulations: Jeff Lake, Director of Gift Planning, University of Evansville, on being named to lead the new Indianapolis Regional Development Office for the University. Jeff will be starting his new position on February 25.

CIVIC AWARD

The meeting date for the annual Rotary Civic Award will be February 26.

CONDOLANCES

The most sincere sympathy is extended to Randy and Penny Wheeler on the January 23rd death of Randy’s mother, Rosemary Wheeler, in Minnesota. The funeral will be February 9th, in Frankfort, Illinois. Memorial contributions may be made to the Rotary Foundation of Evansville.

JOINT ROTARY MEETING - HENDERSON

The joint Rotary meeting with the Henderson (KY) Club has been rescheduled for April 15 at the Coliseum with our Club hosting.
