President Becki Alcorn welcomed Administrative Assistant Ruthie Shekell as our newest Rotary member. Becki started the introduction by saying that “everyone in Rotary has been touched by Ruthie and her organizational skills at some time during the last three years and Ruthie has the ability to stay calm under the most stressful situations.” Ruthie is always there going above and beyond the duties and responsibilities of her part-time position. Congratulations and welcome Ruthie.

Jamie Morris has rejoined our Rotary Club. Jamie had previously been a member of our Club, due to his job transferred to the Morning Club and has now come back to join us. Welcome back Jamie.

BOARD MEETING

CIVIC AWARD - DATE CHANGE

The meeting date for the annual Rotary Civic Award will be February 26 instead of the previously noted January 29.

The deadline for nominations for the upcoming “Celebration Of Leadership” is January 22, 2008.  You may nominate online at www.leadershipevansville.org
